Welcome to E-Global Hive (βE-Global,β βwe,β βour,β or βusβ). These Terms of Services (βTermsβ) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, social media features, creator tools, gifting features, engagement features, advertising tools, and related services (collectively, the βServicesβ).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You may use the Services only if:
- you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement;
- you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations; and
- any information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business, brand, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. About Our Services
E-Global is primarily a social media and digital engagement platform that allows users to create accounts, upload content, discover creators, interact with other users, support creators, and access selected advertising, sharing, and promotional tools.
Our Services may include, depending on availability, location, and eligibility:
- user accounts, profiles, and social interaction features;
- creator uploads and audience engagement features;
- video and media content features;
- creator support tools, including E-Spark gifting on eligible content;
- future live engagement features, including possible live gifting where supported;
- Boost & Advertise tools;
- Share-based or Direct Share features where available;
- reward-based engagement features;
- optional account verification and identity checks; and
- the Enhanced Loyalty Program (ELP) as an optional feature where available.
Some features may be added, changed, restricted, paused, or removed at any time.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to register for an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and current account information;
- keep your login details secure;
- be responsible for activity that occurs under your account; and
- notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may require identity, age, or business verification for certain features, transactions, or account actions.
4. Account Verification and KYC
Some Services may require identity verification, business verification, or KYC/AML checks through approved service providers, including Smile ID or other approved providers.
You agree that:
- verification may be required before you can access certain features;
- false, misleading, or incomplete verification information may result in restriction, suspension, or termination; and
- we may request additional documentation where necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, account security, or operational review.
5. User Content and Platform Content
The Services may allow you to upload, post, submit, transmit, share, display, or otherwise make available content, including videos, images, audio, captions, comments, usernames, profile information, links, and other materials (βUser Contentβ).
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant to us under these Terms.
When you submit User Content to the Services, you grant E-Global a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, process, format, publish, display, distribute, and make your User Content available only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, secure, and provide the Services.
This license ends within a commercially reasonable time after your User Content is removed from the public parts of the Services, except where retention is necessary for legal, compliance, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, backup, or enforcement purposes.
6. Content Ownership and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload or share.
You must only upload, post, or use content that:
- you created yourself; or
- you own; or
- you have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to use on the Services.
You must not upload, post, share, attach, edit, reuse, or otherwise use content that infringes another personβs copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Important:
Content being publicly available on another website, app, social platform, search result, or media source does not mean it is free to copy, repost, attach, edit, reuse, synchronize, or upload to E-Global.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
E-Global respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
Our platform may allow users to upload or use video, music, audio, images, captions, and other creative materials. Users may only use content they own or are legally authorized to use.
We may, where appropriate, remove, mute, disable, restrict, block, limit visibility of, or take other action against content or accounts that we reasonably believe may infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
We do not guarantee that all uploads will be screened, reviewed, or checked before publication, display, or complaint.

Those policies form part of the overall rules governing use of the Services.
E-Global respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users, creators, advertisers, sharers, and account holders to do the same.
Users may only upload, post, attach, share, submit, synchronize, display, promote, or otherwise use content on E-Global if they created it, own it, or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to use it on the platform.
This applies to all forms of content and media, including:
- videos;
- images and graphics;
- music and audio;
- voice recordings;
- thumbnails and preview images;
- captions and descriptions;
- branding elements;
- linked-content materials; and
- Boost Share-related materials.
Content being publicly available on another website, app, social media platform, blog, streaming service, search result, or public page does not mean it is free to copy, repost, upload, attach, edit, synchronize, or use on E-Global.
Submitting a third-party link through features such as Boost Share does not mean the submitting user owns the linked content or has the right to use related thumbnails, screenshots, preview images, captions, logos, branding, or other protected materials. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any custom or related materials they submit in connection with linked content.
E-Global may, where appropriate, remove content, mute or disable audio, replace or remove thumbnails or previews, restrict access, limit visibility or sharing, disable certain features, issue warnings, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other reasonable action where content or account activity may violate copyright, other intellectual property rights, platform rules, or applicable law.
E-Global does not guarantee that all uploads, attachments, linked entries, audio, thumbnails, previews, or other materials will be screened, checked, reviewed, or verified before they appear on the platform or before a complaint is made.
Users must not knowingly submit false, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, or fraudulent copyright complaints, counter-notices, or appeals. E-Global may reject such submissions and may take account or feature restrictions where appropriate.

8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Services to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- deceive, defraud, or mislead users, creators, advertisers, or the platform;
- engage in unauthorized automation, bot activity, scraping, or manipulation;
- upload or distribute harmful, unlawful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content;
- interfere with platform security, systems, or operations;
- evade enforcement actions, suspensions, verification checks, or restrictions;
- artificially inflate engagement, views, shares, clicks, gifting activity, reactions, or rewards;
- misuse reporting, complaint, appeal, gifting, promotional, or sharing processes; or
- use the platform in any way that may harm E-Global, its users, partners, creators, or the public.
9. Reporting, Complaints, and False Reports
Users may be able to report content, accounts, or activity they believe violates our rules or applicable law.
By submitting a report, complaint, or notice to us, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and submitted in good faith.
Knowingly submitting false, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, or fraudulent reports, copyright complaints, counter-notices, or appeals may result in rejection of the request and may also lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension, or account termination.
10. Enforcement and Account Action
We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
Where appropriate, we may take one or more actions, including:
- removing content;
- muting or disabling audio;
- limiting distribution or visibility;
- restricting account features;
- placing content under review;
- issuing warnings;
- suspending access;
- disabling gifting, sharing, promotional, reward, or creator-support features;
- terminating accounts; or
- taking any other reasonable enforcement action necessary to protect the platform, users, rights holders, partners, or legal compliance.
We may also act on a repeat-violation basis where a user repeatedly violates copyright, policy, safety, fraud, or platform-integrity rules.
11. EGPoints and Platform Use
E-Global may use EGPoints or similar platform-based units in connection with eligible platform activities, creator support features, promotional features, social engagement features, or other supported Services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by E-Global in writing, EGPoints are intended as platform reward or utility units within the E-Global ecosystem. They are not guaranteed income, bank deposits, securities, investment products, or ownership rights in E-Global.
Subject to feature availability and eligibility rules, EGPoints may be used within supported platform features, including for example:
- creator support or gifting features;
- selected social engagement features;
- selected sharing or promotional tools;
- supported creator or audience interaction features; and
- optional ecosystem features or programs where permitted.
EGPoints may be subject to:
- source-based rules;
- eligibility conditions;
- verification requirements;
- feature-specific terms;
- usage limits;
- reversals, corrections, or adjustments; and
- restrictions, holds, or compliance reviews where necessary.
We may classify, segment, or label EGPoints differently based on source, feature, or usage rules.
12. Gifting Features
E-Global may provide creator-support or gifting features, including E-Spark gifting on eligible content and other gifting options that may be introduced in the future.
Where gifting features are available:
- users may use eligible EGPoints or other supported in-platform units, subject to applicable rules;
- gifting options, values, availability, visibility, and presentation may vary by feature, creator, content type, region, or platform update;
- some gifting features may be available on recorded videos, while others may later be introduced for live content or other supported experiences;
- gifting activity may be subject to moderation, verification, fraud review, eligibility checks, usage restrictions, reversals, or enforcement action where needed; and
- gifting access may be limited, restricted, suspended, or removed where misuse, abuse, fraud, or policy violations are suspected.
E-Global may define separate rules for purchased units, rewarded units, creator support features, and any future gifting-related functionality.
13. Advertising, Promotional, Sharing, and Creator Tools
E-Global may provide advertising, promotional, sharing, creator, support, or boost-related tools for users, creators, brands, or advertisers.
Use of such tools must comply with:
- these Terms;
- applicable campaign or feature rules;
- payment and billing rules;
- content policies;
- intellectual property rules; and
- applicable advertising laws, platform requirements, partner requirements, and internal policy standards.
We may reject, pause, restrict, remove, review, or refuse any campaign, sharing activity, creator-support activity, content, or promotional feature at our discretion where needed for policy, safety, legal, operational, or platform-integrity reasons.
14. Payments, Billing, Funding, and Redemption-Related Features
Certain features may involve payments, billing, account funding, redemptions, creator-support activity, or supported payout-related options.
Where applicable:
- users, advertisers, or creators may fund eligible services using supported methods and supported currencies;
- certain services may involve fees, transaction charges, verification checks, minimum thresholds, or processing times;
- payment or transaction services may be handled by third-party providers;
- we may place holds, reviews, delays, or restrictions on transactions or feature use for fraud, risk, compliance, technical, or operational reasons; and
- access to certain features may depend on account status, verification, eligibility, and policy compliance.
You are responsible for ensuring that any payment, billing, bank, crypto, payout, or account information you provide is accurate and authorized.
15. Enhanced Loyalty Program (ELP)
The Enhanced Loyalty Program (ELP) is an optional feature within the E-Global ecosystem and is not required in order to use the main social media, creator, content, gifting, or engagement features of the platform.
Where available, ELP may have its own:
- eligibility requirements;
- activation conditions;
- participation structure;
- feature-specific rules;
- restrictions;
- redemption or payout-related rules; and
- additional notices, terms, or program-specific policies.
Participation in ELP, where available, is subject to separate eligibility and feature rules. E-Global may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue ELP features at any time.
16. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including identity verification, payment processing, analytics, cloud hosting, communications, ad services, or other external tools.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, outages, acts, omissions, or content. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable Data Deletion or account-deletion procedures.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, store, process, and disclose information as described in those policies and as reasonably necessary to operate the Services and comply with applicable law.
18. Suspension, Termination, and Service Restrictions
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary for:
- policy enforcement;
- legal compliance;
- fraud prevention;
- security;
- operational protection;
- platform integrity; or
- suspected misuse of the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Account deletion requests may be submitted through the applicable in-app or website process where available.
19. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an βas isβ and βas availableβ basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Global disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that:
- the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free;
- content will always be secure or preserved without issue;
- all content will be reviewed before publication;
- any feature will always remain available; or
- any user will obtain any particular result, visibility, engagement, creator support outcome, reward, redemption, or business outcome.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Global, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall, to the extent permitted by law, not exceed the amount you paid to E-Global for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if payment is not applicable, a limited amount permitted by law.
21. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless E-Global, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Services;
- your User Content;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of any law or third-party right; or
- your misuse of platform features, gifting tools, reports, advertising tools, rewards, payment-related functions, or creator-support features.
22. Changes to the Services or These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we may revise the βLast Updatedβ date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
23. Governing Rules
These Terms are intended to be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted.
