E-Global Hive respects your right to request deletion of your account and eligible personal data.
This page explains how to request deletion of your E-Global account and associated personal information, what may be deleted, what may be retained, and how we process deletion requests.
Important Notice
Deleting your account is a serious action and may be permanent.
When your deletion request is completed:
- your account access may be disabled;
- your profile and eligible personal data may be removed from active platform use;
- your content, creator records, support activity, and related account features may no longer be available to you; and
- some information may still be retained where necessary for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security, or compliance purposes.
Where retention is required or permitted for legitimate reasons, that information may be kept only as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: In-App Account Deletion
If you can still access your account, you may request deletion through the app:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account / Privacy / Data Deletion
- Select Delete Account or the available deletion option
- Review the notice carefully
- Confirm your request
Option 2: Website Data Deletion Request
If you cannot access the app or prefer to use the web, you may submit a deletion request through our website data-deletion page.
Please provide enough information for us to identify and review your request.
Option 3: Email or Support Request
If you are unable to use the in-app or website process, you may contact us for assistance.

Please include, where possible:
- the email address used for registration;
- your username or user ID, if known;
- the sign-in method used, if relevant;
- any information that helps us identify your account; and
- any additional details that may help us review the request.
Social Login Disconnection
If you signed in using Facebook, Google, or another connected account, disconnecting that social account may remove future sign-in access or revoke certain linked permissions, but it does not by itself replace a full account deletion request.
If you want your E-Global account and associated data deleted, please use the deletion request process described above.
What May Be Deleted
Depending on the request and the status of your account, deletion may include eligible information such as:
- account and profile information;
- uploaded content and associated profile records, where applicable;
- social connection records;
- comments and certain interaction history;
- support-related account records, where eligible; and
- other personal information associated with your account that is eligible for deletion.
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where necessary for legitimate business or legal reasons, including for example:
- legal and regulatory compliance;
- fraud prevention and security;
- transaction, audit, tax, or accounting records;
- dispute handling and enforcement;
- backup and system integrity needs; and
- records required to protect the platform, users, partners, or the public.
Processing Timeline
We aim to review and process deletion requests within a reasonably prompt period.
The exact timeline may vary depending on:
- the information provided in your request;
- identity verification needs;
- account status;
- legal or compliance requirements; and
- operational or technical factors.
We may contact you if additional information is needed to complete the request.
Confirmation
Where appropriate, we may notify you by email or another available contact method when your deletion request has been completed or when additional review is required.
