E-Global Hive (βE-Global,β βwe,β βour,β or βusβ) respects the intellectual property rights of others and provides this process for reporting content or materials that you believe infringe your copyright.
This page explains how to submit a copyright complaint through E-Globalβs reporting tools, what information should be included, how we may review a complaint, and what may happen after a report is received.
This process applies to content and materials used across E-Global, including uploaded posts, videos, images, audio, captions, thumbnails, previews, creator materials, linked-content entries, Boost Share materials, landing-page materials, and other media made available through the Services.
1. When to Use This Process
You may use this reporting process if you believe that content or materials on E-Global infringe your copyright or a copyright you are authorized to enforce.
For example, you may submit a copyright complaint if you believe a user has used your protected:
- video;
- image;
- graphic;
- music or audio;
- voice recording;
- thumbnail or preview image;
- written creative material where copyright applies; or
- other original copyrighted work
without authorization on E-Global.
2. How to Report Copyright Issues
If E-Global provides an in-app or website reporting tool, you should select Copyright Violation as the reason for your complaint and complete the required fields carefully.
Depending on the reporting interface available, you may be asked to provide:
- your contact email;
- a link to the original copyrighted work;
- the location of the reported content on E-Global;
- evidence or notes explaining the complaint; and
- any other information reasonably necessary for review.
E-Global may also provide other copyright reporting channels or forms from time to time.
3. Information You Should Provide
To help us review your complaint efficiently, your report should include enough information for us to understand what is being reported and why.
Where applicable, please provide:
- your contact email;
- the original work you believe is being infringed;
- the specific content, post, page, thumbnail, audio, or linked material you are reporting on E-Global;
- links, usernames, screenshots, or other identifying details;
- an explanation of how the material allegedly infringes your rights; and
- any supporting information or documents reasonably necessary for review.
If a report does not include enough information, we may be unable to act on it until more details are provided.
4. Types of Material That May Be Reported
A copyright report may relate to different types of content or materials on E-Global, including for example:
- uploaded video content;
- uploaded music or audio;
- copied images or graphics;
- reused thumbnails or screenshots;
- copied captions or creative descriptions where copyright applies;
- audio attached to a video or post;
- linked-content materials submitted through Boost Share;
- custom thumbnails or captions used in Boost Share entries;
- landing-page materials associated with external links; or
- other copyright-protected media or creative content.
Submitting a link to external content through Boost Share does not automatically give a user the right to use third-party thumbnails, screenshots, captions, branding, or related protected materials.
5. Good-Faith Requirement
All copyright reports must be submitted in good faith.
By submitting a report, you confirm that:
- you believe the reported use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- the information you provide is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
- you are authorized to submit the complaint.
You must not use this process to submit reports that are:
- false;
- misleading;
- abusive;
- retaliatory;
- fraudulent; or
- intended to harass, pressure, silence, or unfairly target another person.
6. Important Notice About False Reports
Knowingly submitting a false, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, or fraudulent copyright report may result in:
- rejection of the report;
- warning or restriction of reporting privileges;
- suspension or termination of the reporting account; and
- any other action E-Global considers appropriate under its policies or applicable law.
Users should only report content they genuinely believe infringes copyright.
7. What Happens After a Report Is Submitted
After receiving a copyright report, E-Global may review the information provided and may take any action we consider appropriate based on the circumstances.
Depending on the nature of the complaint and the information available, we may:
- request more information from the reporting party;
- request more information from the uploader or affected user;
- place content or related materials under review;
- remove the content;
- mute or disable audio;
- remove or replace a thumbnail or preview;
- restrict access to the content or linked entry;
- limit visibility or sharing;
- issue a warning;
- restrict certain account features;
- suspend the account;
- terminate the account; or
- take any other reasonable action necessary to protect rights holders, users, the platform, partners, or legal compliance.
We may act before, during, or after contacting the affected user, depending on the seriousness of the issue and the information available to us.
8. No Guarantee of Immediate Action
Submitting a report does not guarantee immediate removal or any specific outcome.
E-Global may need additional time or information to assess the complaint. In some cases, we may decide that:
- more information is required;
- the complaint is incomplete;
- the material has been misidentified;
- the issue is not sufficiently supported; or
- the material should remain restricted, removed, or unchanged based on the available information.
9. Counter-Notice and Appeal
If content is affected because of a copyright complaint, the affected user may be allowed to submit a counter-notice or appeal where appropriate.
That process is separate from this reporting page and may require additional information from the user whose content was affected.
Please see our Counter-Notice / Appeal page for more information.
10. Repeat or Serious Infringement
Where appropriate, E-Global may take stronger action against users who repeatedly upload, post, attach, link, or otherwise use content without the required rights.
Repeated valid complaints, repeated removals, repeated audio muting, repeated thumbnail issues, or repeated linked-content violations may lead to escalating enforcement action, including suspension or permanent account termination.
11. Cooperation and Supporting Information
To review a report properly, E-Global may request additional information, supporting documents, screenshots, links, ownership details, or other materials from the reporting party.
Failure to provide reasonably requested information may affect our ability to review or act on the complaint.

When we do, we may revise the βLast Updatedβ date and may take additional steps to notify users where appropriate. Continued use of the platform after updates take effect means you accept the revised process.
