Before attaching or using music, audio, sound, narration, voice recordings, or other audio-related material on E-Global, users must ensure that they only use audio they created, own, or are authorized to use.
This applies to all audio types, including:
- songs;
- beats;
- instrumentals;
- background music;
- sound recordings;
- voice recordings;
- narration;
- speeches;
- podcast-style audio;
- movie or show dialogue;
- remixes and edits;
- sound effects; and
- audio extracted from other content.
Audio being publicly available on another website, app, social media platform, streaming service, search result, or messaging platform does not mean it is free to copy, attach, synchronize, edit, or use on E-Global.
Users are responsible for making sure they have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents for any audio they attach or use.
If audio may violate copyright or other rights, E-Global may mute or disable the audio, remove the related content, limit visibility, restrict sharing, disable features, or take account action where appropriate.
By attaching or using audio on E-Global, the user confirms that they have the right to use that audio on the platform.
